21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller immediately. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep shipment of any further Product to the Buyer and may end, without liability to the Buyer, any or all subsisting agreements in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
